Consultant - Data & Integration

We are looking for a Consultant that can execute data and integration work streams across our implementation, analytics, and financial modeling projects. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to understand complex business and technical requirements and specifications to build data integration components, financial models, and analytics models and visualizations. We also expect that over time, you will develop a deep understanding of the business processes and functions that drive our clients’ needs.

Your goal will be to create the technical components and models for our clients that fulfill their requirements.


  • Seek to understand business requirements and corresponding data and technical requirements

  • With guidance from senior team members, analyze data from various sources, either client-owned or third-party provided, and identify supported requirements, gaps, anomalies and special circumstances, business rules, and data management needs

  • Support Pharosity’s technical architects in defining the overall architecture to integrate data across sources and targets for client solutions

  • Contribute to defining the structural and field-level transformation needs to align source data with target systems and models

  • Assist in communicating data and integration requirements to client and Pharosity Consulting development teams, including our offshore resources

  • Execute assigned development tasks and take ownership of the quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of your work

  • Assist in identifying and investigating new technologies and capabilities that improve our ability to deliver solutions to clients


  • Up to 3 years of experience as a Consultant

  • Strong Excel knowledge and skills

  • Familiarity with analytics technologies and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

  • Familiarity with common database technologies and tools (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, etc.)

  • Familiarity with common integration technologies and tools (e.g., Informatica, Azure Data Factory, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with and/or demonstrable knowledge of Life Sciences Revenue Management data is a plus

  • An understanding of Life Sciences business concepts in the areas of Managed Care and Medicare Part D contracting and rebates, GPO contracting and chargebacks, Government Pricing calculations, Gross-to-Net Channel Forecasting, and Accruals and Reserve Management is a plus

  • Familiarity with Anaplan is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving aptitude with a willingness to apply new technologies

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
