Senior Consultant - Data & Integration

We are looking for a Senior Consultant that can lead data and integration work streams across our implementation, analytics, and financial modeling projects. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions to manage and integrate data across systems and tools. We’d also like you to have hands-on experience building integrations and/or analytical models and be able to manage a small team of developers.

Your goal will be to ensure that we deliver data and integration solutions that properly support the systems and tools we implement for clients.


  • Understand business requirements and define corresponding data and technical requirements

  • Analyze data from various sources, either client-owned or third-party provided, and identify supported requirements, gaps, anomalies and special circumstances, business rules, and data management needs

  • Define the overall architecture to integrate data across sources and targets for client solutions 

  • Define the structural and field-level transformation needs to align source data with target systems and models

  • Communicate data and integration requirements to client and Pharosity Consulting development teams, including our offshore resources

  • Oversee and execute development tasks and take ownership of quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness

  • Investigate new technologies and capabilities that improve our ability to deliver solutions to clients, with recommended project approaches

  • Work directly with our solution partners on project delivery, account management, and business development


  • Proven experience as a Senior Consultant or Technical Architect

  • Strong understanding of Life Sciences business concepts in the areas of Managed Care and Medicare Part D contracting and rebates, GPO contracting and chargebacks, Government Pricing calculations, Gross-to-Net Channel Forecasting, and Accruals and Reserve Management

  • Hands-on experience with and demonstrable knowledge of Life Sciences Revenue Management data; knowledge of Trade and Distribution and/or syndicated data (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, etc.) data is a plus

  • Familiarity with common integration technologies and tools (e.g., Informatica, Azure Data Factory, etc.)

  • Familiarity with common database technologies and tools (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, SQL Server, etc.)

  • Familiarity with analytics technologies and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

  • Advanced Excel knowledge and skills

  • Familiarity with Anaplan is a plus

  • Demonstrable understanding of analytics concepts and their application to Revenue Management data

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving aptitude with a willingness to apply new technologies

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple clients

  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
